There is a Wells Fargo charge off listed on my credit report ($2500). It is my ex-husbands card. He had me listed as the AU but I never used this card - never even knew he had one. How do I dispute this?
Call the CC company and tell them this. Ask them when you were added to the account (if it was when it was opened or afterwards). Tell them it is fraud and you want your name off the account immediately! ask for a letter from thhem stating they are going to remove it!
