I have seen a lot of positive posts about this guy and i have a capOne card... it's in good standing... recently went up to $700 limit and rate is about 14.99... i would like to lower it further but when i tried in the past, they just gave me the brush off (hardest time i have EVER had trying to lower it!!!). i would like to see if mr cooke can help me with this (or how others have worked with him in the past)... what do you recommend? much appreciation! thanks! lowest----686 highest----752
