You dispute the CR information thru the CRA under FCRA, or you dispute with the Data Furnisher (the CA), under FACTA.
well i disputed as not mine with the cra transunion and it said previously verified jan/06 and would not re-investigate because figours. the new report i got is 07/25/06. is there anything can i do how do i validate it with ca , i had to call to see if they had me in the system and they said yes, but they have me by full name address and ss. so which validate for should i send them and what should should be the bases of my defense. they are paid as of 03/05. 2 is for home phone services and 1 is for old radiolgy bill all paid for . thanks
