I have a account that shows a charge off, it is listed twice under different ca. can I call and have one removed,? they keep verifing it because bank 2 bought out bank one, so they verify under both names, I have sent validation letters and they threaten to come after me and now they have sent it to another ca.I dont think anyone can verify because it has been threw at least 4 ca and the original creditor is gone.
