It wasnt easy for me. Ik had a collection from 1996 on my report. I applied last year and had to ask for a reconsideration via PFB after the initial denial. Upon approval I received a 1k limit with a 14.65% APR. They will not increase the limit nor lower the APR. So I only carry a $200 balance, which can be paid at any time.
