Hi all, Just wanted to know if you guys have any experience dealing with Citibank? Well, it is Zales but it is through Citibank. I have a 60 day late, the only negative thing on my credit report that I need to get off. Thanks
As you may have heard/read throughout the last few months, Citi is in deep financial trouble. Now that Congress is going after them, as well as Chase and Bank of America, for their crooked credit card practices they will probably step up collection efforts and hound you especially if you become 90 days late. Doubt that they will remove any negative info from your CR even if you pay in full.
