I got a letter from a CA the very first line reads this "Our office has received a credit inquiry concerning your personal credit record, and the above mentioned past due amount" I did an online verification disputing through EQ and EP that this wasn't mine.. I am assuming that this letter is a result of that online dispute... am I correct? I am going to go ahaed and repsond to this letter with a Validation letter
Good grief I am freaking out... hahahaha I have prepared all of my drafts (disputes) and Will be sending out 5 Validations letters to 5 different creditors....
Validation DEMANDS don't go to creditors. OC's have no obligation to address your FDCPA demands. Take your time.
