I know of a company that can guarentee to erase any bad credit item within 60 days without sending a dispute letter. I have personally seen a friends bankruptcy and everything else come off within 60 days from this company. This company charges an average of $5000 a client. I know how to do regular credit repair, but was wondering if anybody had any idea on how this company was able to accomplish this. My only guess is that they know someone in a tri-merge Credit reporting company or they know a very good computer hacker. Any thoughts ????? This company does not advertise by the way. I would love to have this connection.

Its a scam. I new someone a few years back that paid to have this done. They had someone on the inside erasing info off of the reports. But if I remember correctly, some if not all of the info came back shortly thereafter. I think he was applying for a mortgage at the time. Stay away from it!!

One way is by advising you to go out and get an EIN which is 9 digits, just like SS #'s. Then to use a relatives address as your own home residense, and to apply for credit at a bank or c.c.c. that you have no ties to, and that way when the company goes to pull your credit, it should come up "no file found", and thus you can begin your new "clean" credit file.

I'm sure I've left out several steps to this process, but I'm just trying to give you an idea of what this company may be doing to "clean" your credit.

As a previous poster said, stay away, it's illegal.

The derogatory info they had deleted would come back because the creditor or CA that is reporting the info. usually updates the account every month or every few months.

The only thing I can think of is there is a fast track 72 hour process where a person can have a tri-merge company remove a negative item if the person has a letter from the creditor on the creditor's letter head that says the entry is a mistake. My guess is that a person on the inside of the triu-merge company is either deleting the item without the letter or they are manufacturing letterheads to do this just to have it in the file and somewhat legitimize it. Because they are getting it removed from all three bureaus. Does anybody agree with me or have anything to add to this point?? Thanks everyone for replying so fast by the way.

It would not come back if that person is current on the account. It only comes back if they are in default and not paying. Previous lates are not re-reported unless the person is in default at the present time.

I was referring to unpaid collection and charge-off accounts. Most people who only have some lates here and there wouldn't think about paying somone $5000 to get them removed. Come to think of it, most people wouldn't even pay it for charge-offs and the such,... because as I said, the CA or creditor will most likely update the account at some point in time before the 7 year time frame has expired and once again you'll have the derog back on your report(s).
