My BK lists $0 for assets, $0 for liabilities, and the PLAINTIFF filed is blank. How does this compare to others' BK reporting? I am most interested in the PLAINTIFF and liabilities fields.
Mine reports the same way, but only on TU. It lists: Federal District docket#XXXXX chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged $0 assets $0 liabilities filed:X/XX paid:X/XX
Hey tmitchell, One of the main reasons I joined this forum. Mine lists: Assets 4136 Lia: 135000 In the plaintiff field it says some one elses name. I have successfully removed this from Equifax and want to make sure I do the right procedures for the other 2 CRA's Any suggestions?
