I'm curious how long it took other members before they were able to start giving advice to others? I've been on the boards here a few months working on my credit report. I must admit, the first couple of months I was wandering around here lost and confused trying to make sense of it all. I've gotten a better understanding, but nowhere near enough to start offering advice to others. Although, I do visit another non-related site where the topic came up, and, after referring them here I was able to offer a few tips that I had learned. But, I still feel like such a neophyte! How long does it take a newbie to be able to offer tips and advice?
Any time you feel comfortable... BUT IF THE CORRECT ANSWERS ARE A, B, C and D...DON'T ANSWER E, F, G and H unless you can back them up with some kind of PROOF... EXAMPLE~~One person says you can dispute XXXXX with the CRA'S and somebody else says DON'T EVER DISPUTE XXXXX WITH THE CRA'S!!! F.Y.I.~~CRA'S are not all BAD...(THEY DO HELP...SOMETIMES)
