I have a 559 beacon. How long will it take before a reposession gets so far out and my re-establishment of credit overrides that, so my score can be 680+?? Everything else is going to be pretty easy. I just want to make it so that the repo is nothing on my report compared to everything else...
RE: hmm All of my baddies are now 1.0-2.5 years till drop off (5-6 years old). with 5 negatives, and 8 positives (of which 4 open trades). my score is 541. Does that help?
RE: hmm Yes, it does help. So, am I doomed for 5 more years until the repo comes off? I am pretty sure I can clean up everything BUT the repo. Thanks for the help! Dustin
RE: hmm Don`t give up, just keep disputing the repo over and over. It`s not who is right it`s whos got more patience. I got a repo removed, but I disputed it about six times. The repo was about two years old at the time.
