I sent off the first validation letter on the Jan 12th - they signed for it (And wisely, didn't date it), was postmarked on the 22nd. Anyways, I've sent off the second letter this weekend (Feb 23rd). I marked payment enclosed on the front and got my card back 3 days later (My, how quickly they signed this one - this one isn't marked with a date as well).

Anyways, my question is should I dispute with the Bureaus after 15 days or 30? They didn't respond to the first one, and I seriously doubt they'll respond to this.

BTW - It was a paid collection from 99. Any help would be appreciated on this...

You'll want to dispute around the 15 day mark. The reason: If the CA verifies and does not mark the account as "in dispute" they've violated the FDCPA.

A better thing to put on it is Payment Center. This whay you're not lying to them.
