Woo Hoo...Finally got Gulf state to stand up and listen to the slew of violations I have them on for this bogus Sprint account and another account. Got a letter via fax today confirming the deletion of the account stating that it will be deleted from the credit bureau during out next reporting cycle. Question is, how long are these jokers going to take to delete? Should I just go ahead and fax the deletion letters to the CRA's myself? I have EQ's fax number for disputes. Anyone got the Experian fax number for disputes, or are they not accepting them anymore?
I would fax the CRA myself, GS's idea of next reporting cycle is IF they remember and get around to it. I remember many a collector saying "sure we'll delete that" getting the check over the phone then saying "if I get around to it HAHAHAH!", after they hung up obviously LOL Good Luck!! Check out this post I made earlier today; http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&pgnum=1&postid=193796#post193796
I was afraid of that. Looks like I'll have to mail them the info. Maybe I'll call them in the morning and see what they think I should do. Thanks!
