I left a note a few months ago, got no reply at all. About a month later, got a CL increase. Not even sure if they're related.

When I PFB'd Capital One it took just over a month before I got a phone call. They came thru with my request to combine 3 accounts that customer service would not do.

I waited about 3 weeks and Mr.Cooke doubled my limit.
The APR was already 8.9 so he could not lower that

I waited about a month before Mr Cooke called me. Even though I put my home number in my PFB letter, he called me at work and left a message.
