I applied for Amex Green back in Jan. They pulled Equifax. I have since joined Junum who was success in clearing all negs from my Equifax report. How long should I wait until I apply for Amex green again? Thanks folks!
You might try Calling Equifax,tell them you applied for amex in Jan , there were some errors on their report and ask them to resend an updated and corrected copy to amex.Actually,it is your right to have it resent for free if there was a mistake and you applied within 6 months(12months for Colorado,Maryland,and NY). This way you get a soft ,below the line inquiry instead of one that counts against your fico score VJ
Can't speak for AmEx but I know Chase and Citibank say 60 days before new application will be taken. Jason might have more insight.
Actually,what your trying to do is have them reconsider the original application which is possible 30-60 days out and harder at 90 days.Real hard @6 months. VJ
