    Silly question:
We all know that SOMEONE(CRA's,OC or CA) has to mark the account disputed. But how long do they have to do so?
I have 2 disputes /Trans ONION oops I mean Union..15 days old each still not marked disputed..

Do you mean on the online reports? I think only EQ marks them as disputed, the other two don't. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Online that is correct. I caled TU and they said they dont do that its the creditors job..LOL..I asked them if I apply for credit today would the creditors see those accts as disputed they said "NO"..I was just wondering according to the FCRA SOMEONE has to mark the darn thing disputed while its in dispute correct. the investigation time limit should be half over and NADA,zippo,nothing..Just wondering.

Online, Experian marks theirs in dispute with the lovely blue tint.

Don't know how creditors see these things, though.
