I need to get busy on the violation suits I am hoping to file. I am just wondering if anyone could share the time frame for settling a suit against a CRA, or even a CA. I need a downpayment for my new house, need to plan how quickly they are going to provide it for me! Thanks!
My lawsuit with experian took about 6 to 7 weeks to settle, even with the b.s. they tried to pull in the beginning.However, I wasn't looking for any monetary damages, just a clean report.
Thanks, LKH. I think you are assuming, like me, that it would take longer to settle if there are monetary damages. Anyone else willing to share??
