I got a new HSBC card early Jan. It shows the inquiry from the bank on 1/8/08. I got the card and processed a payment already, but it still does not show on my credit reports (via truecredit). How long does it normally take? Thank you.
Hello Newbie, It can take anywhere from 1-3 months depending upon the company. Most of the new cards I've gotten tend to hit shortly after your first statement comes out, since they tend to send their reports to the CRA's shortly after that. Hope that helps! -Matt
