Hi, I faxed goodwill letters to both Wells Fargo and Citi last week, and haven't heard anything back. I was wondering how long it usually take for them to respond, and are they in fact obligated to respond? I did not call them before faxing.. I just went ahead and faxed the letters. So do I simply wait? or call them to see if they got the faxes? Thanks!
