    Cypri,
I vote you as the Creditnetter who has added the most cards in the shortest period of time. What did you have last June Cypri?

    Mist

    BTW, I currently have...

    *Juniper 17,500CL 9.9%APR
    *ATT Universal 15,000CL 0% then goto 4/2001 10.49%
    *Citi Plat Select 9,400CL 0% then goto 4/2001 10.76%
*Citi AAdvantage World Plat 15,000CL 14.9% but I don't carry balance-just use for mileage and pay in full
*FirstUSA (YUK!) 12,000CL 14.9% (hate them and just keep it for ratios!)
    *Kohls Dept Store 300CL 12.9%
    *Strawbridges Dept Store 500CL ??APR

    Amex Plat
    Citi Plat Select
    Citi Drivers Edge
    DMB Rate Rewards
    Providian
    Nextcard

    Store Cards:

    The Limited
    J. Crew
    JC Penneys
    Kaufmanns

I'd get rid of Providian but it is one of my older accounts. Going to try to combine the 2 Citi cards.

How useful is that JCB card? Do you travel a lot to Japan?

    Hey Mist

If I read right, your Kohl's card is @ 12.9%? How did you manage that? Did you call and ask? Please do tell. I have had my card since 1993 and I would definately like a lower apr. Thanks!! :)

    Re: Hey Mist

:-D I sure would like to.

I use it at many places. My most frequent are:

    Kmart

    Sears

    Earthlink

    Sprint Long Distance

    Mobil gas stations

    Gap

    Airline tickets

    Neiman Marcus

The best part is you get $1 cash bonus for each $100 you spend with no maximum. The current apr is something like 13.5%, but I don't revolve a balance. :)

Pretty cool. What were your scores like when you applied?

That's a tough one. They pulled from TU (who are nuts when it comes to scoring). I think it was between 680-690.

I have no clue. I think it started at 16.9% but I really don't remember. I know they had a promotion awhile ago (last year?) where if you spent $600 in the promo period you got a lower rate. I spent and then took things back but I think I still qualified. I didn't take things back just to get the promo. I shop for my daughter and will buy her 4pairs of jeans or 4pairs of tennis shoes, etc. and whichever ones fit she keeps-the rest go back.

Thanks for the info, Mist. I will be buying new things for the home soon. Maybe they'll offer me something. That's an awesome rate for a retail card. :)
