If you have three (or more) major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX), is it okay to carry all in your wallet, or is it better to leave the least used at home?

What do some of you others do?

You are NOT LIABLE for LOST OR STOLEN CARDS...but I would not carry more than a couple of cards...

AT ONE TIME I HAD LIKE 20+ IN MY WALLET!!!!

Today I have TWO CARDS in my wallet...TARGET VISA (EMERGENCY BACK-UP) and SEARS...

"IF" I'm going to a specific store that takes AMEX DELTA I take that with me...if they only take VISA/MC I take UNITED VISA...

...SO I NEVER HAVE MORE THAN 4 AT ONE TIME.

    I only have 4 cards I charge on...UNITED VISA...AMEX DELTA...TARGET VISA (BACK-UP)...and SEARS...everything else is either BACK-UP CARDS or for BT only...

"IF" the store won't take VISA/MC/AMEX...THEY DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS!!!
