It depends on the amoun of the income that you put on the application. Last year I apply for Citibank Dvidend card and they denied me because I exceed the credit limit based on my income and they shrink down my other Citibankcard credit limit to the Dividend card. That's only way for them to open the Citibank Dividend card. They're afraid that you cannot pay your credit card bills.
Same thing (almost) happened to me. I already had a Universal and Plat Select, and applied for the ClickCiti. They denied me because the minimum limit they could give me on the card would exceed my ratios. I didn't pursue it.
