How many is too many?

    How many inquiries is too many? I have 2 hards - in the last month- one to refinance my car (20% down to 5%) and the other was just plain dumb.

    I get the idea 1 is good 2 is ok 3 is starting to be not so good and 20 is way tooo many. As the famous george says YMMV and it frivolous anyway

    ZERO IS TOO MANY

    ONE IS JUST RIGHT

    TWO IS TOO MANY

    I have got cards with 5+ inquires...AND have been DENIED with ZERO!!!

    Same here. Was approved with 6+ inq's and denied with only 1 inq.
