I have a CA that I'am trying to settle with. I had two bad marks removed with balances because the Doctor grouped my wife and got caught (long story) . Now i want to offer the local CA a settlement for deletion. Most are old bounced checks from Mcdonalds (expensive meal ) and one from a dentist, all mostly charge-offs . All add up under $400.00 . Are you talking about CHEXSYSTEMS as the CA? If so I don't think they'll take anything except full pmt.
You bet , now they take debit cards . Looking back at my credit records I see this CA did not report the mcdonald's checks. I guess Ronald will have to wait .
