How much more specific can I get?!

Just got a letter from EXP in response to dispute letter I sent. It's the one about not being able to investigate because I didn't tell them what was specifically inaccurate. Well, I told them that the High Balance is inaccurate. Do they want me to tell them what the correct high balance is?

I searched and looked at some other posts dealing with this, but it seems like maybe for those they really weren't specific enough, but I think what I disputed is. Am I right? Should I send another letter or talk to someone there re-stating my first reason. I went online to dispute it again (as recommended) but I'd just have to enter it as "Other" and type in the same reason. What should I do?
