I have an EX report, dated Nov 03, which shows an item in dispute. Today I pulled my PrivacyGuard 3-in-1 report and MyFICO's EX report, the same account is not listed as "in dispute". I called PG and MyFICO and asked about it. They said EX have updated the item in their *satelite* database and have not updated the *main* database, to which PG and MyFICO have access. So, it turns out we cannot rely on PG and MyFICO reports, because the CRA reports (which prove what they have actually done) might be different. Which means if we go to court, we must have a CR pulled directly from the CRA for the price of $8.00 ... Or, are PG and MyFICO using the same database which everybody else is using? If a bank pulls my report, will it come out of the *main* or the *satelite* database? Any thoughts?
