on a credit report. Mine shows up as a revolving account. I believe this is lowering my FICO.

HELLO, credit cards are revolving accounts. a new account will put a little drop on your score sometimes. But I have thirteen prime cards and scores in the mid 700s so don't worry to much.

But my Fico is claiming I have no revolving credit accounts. I know my student loans in description say student loan should my credit card be labeled credit card in description?

HELLO! My concern is that obviously it is not reporting as a credit card and not including correctly in my credit mix. I know a credit card is a revolving loan however should there is something else reported to designate the type of revolving loan?

I would appreciate anyone that can answer the question as to how a credit card should appear on my report as to description and type.

At least for Equifax, my credit cards, retail cards, and Apple loan are all listed as revolving accounts. The differences, however, are in their notes sections: the Target Guest card is listed as a charge account; the credit cards are listed as such; and the MBNA Apple loan says "Line of Credit."

    Hope that helps,

    wajaba
