I keep printing out the CR's to prove that the CA hasn't noted the accounts in dispute during the validation process. How soon are they required to notify the CRA's? Maybe once a week I'll print them out.
That's a good question. It is my opinion that if you sent within the 30 days they must update as soon as reasonably possible, and NOT wait for the monthly update. In any case, if they update the listing without the notation of dispute then you should have them on a violation. I would love to hear more opinions on this...case law would be even better )
