I send out nutcase #1 to Bankfirst for a paid but very late TL with them. They send me back all kinds of copies of the activity from the account when I had the account. what should I do now? should I send the next letter in nutcase or should I just leave it alone? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think a nutcase letter for a paid account as first attempt is a poor strategy. Try the Goodwill letter series first, you can always go back to the nutcase series. Also, call around and get the name of a person very high up the food chain (like a Vice President or higher) and address the goodwill letter to taht person. If your letter never gets past the clerks, you will get nothing.
