1) Are these items where the creditor has written off the debt as a bad debt and the collection agency has been assigned to it? 2) Are these items where the creditor has SOLD the debt to a collection agency? 3) Are these items where collection agencies have sold to other collection agencies? 4) Is it all the above? or none? Now, once those are answered - what to do in disputing? What will they do? Just update them all to reflect the same balance or does the law only allow one listing per account? So either the original creditor or collection must list it.. is that how it works? Someone please elaborate.. lizardking? Thx in advance..
