   Bk discharged in 2001. I have 7-8 derog TL that show included in BK. I have not disputed anything. Can these fall off if i dispute them as not mine? Where can i get a sample letter for "not mine"? I tried clicking the links under the stickys but they do not work. Thanks for any help.

   Where to find the "Not Mine" sample letter?
   
   Go to the Credit Reporting Agency Website and use their on-line dispute process. You will have to enter the Account Information and reason for dispute. There is a check box for "Not Mine"
