How to dispute creditors?

I quite unsure of the whole process. I sent dispute letters to several of my creditors who are reporting on my credit reports and none of them replied within thirty-days. How do I capitalize on this? Can I capitalize on all creditors? Do all creditors have to verifiy within thirty-days or it will be removed? What part of the FCRA could I use against these creditors?
    Please help me!!!

    Thanks,

    Trip

    Only CAs have to validate.
Seems Creditors can do as they please.

Can you be more specific on your situation?

You have to formulate your dispute directly with the CRA(Credit Bureaus) and they will initiate the dispute for you. They track the 30 day time limit. If you contact the creditor directly they aren't obligated in most parts, eventhough they are bound by the FCRA, but think about it who is monitoring your request? If you copied the credit bureau on the letter it's documented. I wouldn't dispute anything directly, let the Law protect you and believe me the FCRA is very indepth and consumer friendly.
