Hi. I am trying to dispute some inaccurate addresses and a incorrect balance through Credit Expert. I logged in and looked my CR and then clicked on Site Information. I then clicked on Request Investigation. The screen asked for Report #, SSN, State, and Zip code. I entered that and nothing happened. I did something wrong. As you can tell I am a CE online dispute newbie. Dani
I don't think they allow you to dispute personal info on CE. With accts., you have to click on the individual acct then go to the top, in the blue area, and click on investigation. When you are in the personal info area, there is no investigate option.
