Positive tradeline not on CR?!! Diners Club Citibank Credit department confirmed to me that they are sending reports for me every month to CRAâ??s. And this account is still not showing on the credit file after 5 months. How can I dispute it with TU, EQ or EX? Is there any way I could make CRAâ??s to shown this positive tradeline? Thanks, Denny
Positive tradeline not on CR?!! Any idea how to add this positive tradeline on my credit file? On the one side I have Diners Club confirmation that they are sending reports and they are saying I should dispute this with CRA â?? and on the other side CRA saying that I should dispute this with original creditor. So it looks I'm in the middle with no solution I am AU on this account, and somehow Diners Club Citi group is sending only my name. They are not able to add any other personal information like SSN or DOB due to the software they using.

Only thing I have been able to figure so far is to send letter to CRA, write my account number and attach e-mail confirmation from Diners Club Credit Department with their contact person and phone. So hopefully CRA will contact Diners and locate my file. How does this sound to you?
