Finally... Sherman... will be deleted!!! However, letter stated in next reporting cycle the deletion will take place. But, I need it deleted today! Should I dispute TL by sending the deletion letter Sherman sent me to the CRAs requesting they delete ASAP based on the letter? Do you think that will speed things up? Any suggestions??? There is something the mortgage industry uses called "Rapid Rescore" . Basically I think you dispute the TL with the CRA, and they will remove it while investigating. This buys you time, and gets the TL removed. I don't know all the details however. Maybe someone else here will Good luck!
Is the TL for an account that was not yours, or can you pin liability on Sherman for damages should the TL interfere with your mortgage?
