Would anyone have advice on filing a complaint with the Attorney General's ofc. I want to file a complaint with the PA attorney General's ofc and I'm not sure how to go about doing it. Do I just call them or send a cerified letter stating my problem and complaint against the company. or can I even fax it. Any advice would be great kathy
I would go to their website first. My state AG's office has the complaint form on the website and you just fill it out and send it in. They include simple detailed instructions also. I would say start there first.
