How to get an AU account off my CR?

    I have an account from FCNB Speigel that my friend had me down as an Au. She has been making late paymetns and now it's on my CR. Anyone have suggestions how to get that removed? Is there a letter I can use to get rid of this?

    Write SPEIGEL and ask for your access to the account be closed...

    And remove the account from your credit reports.

    An "AU" is NOT liable...so they shouldn't refuse the removal...

    doesn't the card holder have to remove the AU? don't think Au can call, I maybe wrong though.

    You were given PERMISSION to "USE" the card...you should have PERMISSION to GET RID OF IT...
