Does anyone know the best way to get a the OC to respond to you? I sent a CRRR to BoA about a vehicle that was paid in full & they are reporting as the entire balance being written off. I just don't think anyone is going to take time to correct this matter. I have disputed it, but that isn't my biggest problem. They have a lien on the vehicle & the title. So even if I can get it off the reports, I can't do anything with this vehicle until BoA responds to my requests. I'm going to give it some more time, b/c the green card was just dated 4/23, but I'm not optimistic. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get them to respond if they don't. Thanks.
