I pulled my EQ report on 10/6 and sent a validation letter to a CA reporting something from 97. They signed for it on 10/29. I then disputed with EQ. Pulled my report on 11/15. TL is gone but CA made a hard inquiry 10/2003 most likely as soon as they received my letter. However EQ doesn't show the day. the TL is gone and I suspect CA will not be able to validate, since I have yet to get anything in writing from them. How do I get rid of this inquiry? I don't want this thing to be seen for 2 years by other potential creditors.
Creditors Interchange pulled a hard on me on 11/14...when asked why they did that ..it was for "locating purpsoes" ...yeah.. locate my toosh.
Thanks. I will send it today. I think these stupid CAs do it as a last kick in the teeth when they know they've been beaten. Its just a cheap shot. They try to taint your CR any way they can.
