Hi all: My DH paid Providian thru a CA now I disputed the item as paid in full with all three CRA's and only TU updated. EQ and EX allegedley verified the item as correct. It is still showing the full balance of the account. Now I know that they didn't verify this because I sent the dispute via online on July 10th and on July 16th EX was done with it. How should I proceed with this? I have a letter from the CA that states the account was paid. Thank you,
