My credit is toast thanks to Ex wife. Most all are Charge Offs as well As a Home Foreclosure... The divorce decree had all the derogs and the House as her responsibility. I KNOW that divorce decrees aren't worht the paper they are written on to Creditors. What letter should I send to The OC's for deletion?
