Hi, I have many credit cards and always pay my minimum payments... What is the Best way to approach these banks and ask them to lower my Interest??? I'm getting killed with all they cards...they all carry about 15-20%... Please let me know what to tell them so they can lower it really really LOW!!! Thanks!! Or let me know who should I ask for in which department...Thanks for any and all help
