how to proceed...quick question

    i'm helping my mom with her reports. she has a CA item where the OC is comcast. her account with comcast is current and in good standing, so this is not her's. here's the kicker: this account doesn't even have an account # on it. it just says #XXXX. should she even bother contacting the CA or should she just dispute with TU because there is not accurate account info?
