Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t Jason, I want to personally thank you for sharing this earth shattering, new way of doing things. Thanks again.

August 2002 bumped my Umbrella secured credit card to $2000 limit. September 2002 with the credit reports the way they should be 100% legit and hardly no time or work at all FICO in the low 600's. Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t I'm not done yet LKH, What exactly is your question LKH????????????????? Does anyone else see what LKH is trying to do here??????????????
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t "earth shattering events?" See I told you real factual advise from someone actually going through it now and this is what I get??? 100% Legit no worry, very easy way to drive up a FICO score and very little time to deal with CRA(S). March 2002 low 400's, October 2002 664 FICO. This summer easily 700's FICO.
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t You did a good job. But, there is nothing new in what you are saying.
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t I see a couple of egos going round. Personally, I have seen LKH's posts and think he is level headed but new voices can open new ideas. I think what he may be saying(and I don't mean to pressume) is that, this info is already available here. We are always interested in new ideas but yours sounds like old hat. I am always interested in personal stories and it can give motivation to many others. Share the story, don't expect to get glory , and be happy that your words may help others. I support no one, only listen and learn and see whos posts I can count on.
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t LKH, at this point I have no problems with you and really do respect you. The same could not be said on your point and that's O.K with me. What do you think I.O.U at this point?????? Seriously I am a real person not going though any b.s about my credit situation at this point. I have exposed more about myself to help others then most others ever would. LKH, Can we call peace at this point, or do I owe you something. I am really trying here on my end, I gave out SO much personall info about myself. All I did here was to show someone how to get their head out of the sand and get themselves some help and a FICO that is respectalble
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t ginger2 I have no ego obviously because of the fact of what I have exposed about myself, the truth
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t LKH, I mean peace for real, it is not fair for me to expose something I am not personally attached to but do get it from someone else close to me. Can you at least admit the tactics you have used in the past and even maybe now will not work in the future?????????? I am so trying to be peaceful here so this thread does not get closed
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t Jason, there is a major diffrence between what you did to increase your score and what the majority around here attempts to do. You used bankruptcy to neutralize the effects of any negative tradelines. It works, but in the end there is still a good chance you are left with a bankruptcy on your credit reports. While your FICO scores my be high, that BK is gonna cause you to be black listed for many years with some lenders. Not to mention you cannot file BK again due to unforseeable circumstances. I and others here on this board prefer to go thru all the hassle of writing tons of letters and filing lawsuits to not just neutralize, but to remove negative information from our credit reports.
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t Also one last thing, I completely realize keeping balances down and not paying a finance charge, I feel like I have givin more than anyone ever would??? And watch I am a "troll", "idiot", "make no sense"!!! No insults to anybody here TRUST ME!!!! PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t dixidrifter, All I am trying to do is get the FICO score high enough as to do the same. You cannot file B.K more than once out of 6 years. No matter what your credit report says.
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t But, what really got you out is the B.K.? This is very helpful to some ,but is not a reality for me. So, how can you get this when i had 2 mistakes, 6 years ago, scores 616-690) and I still cannot get my score up. I was hoping on this info. LKH, , FLA-Tan , will need some advice pretty soon.
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t This is the most ridiculous thread ever on creditnet. Can it be closed ? Guys I wouldn't bother responding to Jason. It's a waste of time. It's almost like arguing with a 2 year old. What's the point ? There are many more productive things we could be doing with our bandwidth than wasting it on this guy. If he was gonna say what he was gonna say, he would have said it by now. LKH he's just trying to manipulate your emotions. Ignore him.
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t Edoggie, respectfully, I think Jason did share his methods finally, and even LKH acknowledged that with much class (and I agree with LKH's assessment as well fwiw): For that reason, there's no need for this thread to be closed. Moreover, I hardly think you can term Dave's and Diva's great tips "ridiculous," and they're as much a part of this thread as anybody else. Doc P.S. Jason, thanks for sharing your AB ("after bankruptcy") methods. You may be surprised to find that you didn't invent the wheel on that score and that others here have successfully utilized those AB tactics. Regardless, it's always good to hear another testimonial!
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t wow, yesterday i responded to jason to find out what he did. and today i see the split post and all that name calling and flame throwing. personally i filed bk nov2000 and discharged in mar2001. i don't know what my scores were then because i just did not know about credit, until i started looking into getting a mortgage. well i checked my scores yesterday and on equifax it is 639. i am not paying to see the others right now. but i was really curious as to how jason got his scores up. i think he basically has done what i am doing. i disputed cra's first, and then applied for credit cards. well actually i have that backward, i applied for cc's first so that i would be denied and then i could request cra's for free, but the cc's were approved. and i have just been working from there. i think it was around sep 2002 when my scores were like mid 500's and now are 639. so score wise i am moving up. but i still have tradelines that need to be corrected. thanks jason for answering. and thanks everyone else for sharing their info also.
Re: Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t Thanks for the kind words, Doc. I think what Jason is trying to say is to pay all your debts down and keep low balances. But some of us were so mired in debt that it would take years to pay it down. In my case, I think having such horrific credit actually helped me. I was unable to obtain new lines of credit because of it. So over the years, all my original credit had fallen off and the few cl's I was able to obtain were near the 7 year terms. I finally learned about credit because I was tired of hearing, NO!" and tired of being rejected and denied. You really do feel like a second class citizen. So I guess what Jason_1971 is trying to say is, Re-gain control of your life and take the power out of your creditor's hands!"
Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t I disagree with this, Jason. For years the big, bad CRA's and OC's have controlled our lives. I see disputing negatives as "not mine" as a way of getting back at them by beating them at their own game. I see nothing wrong with it - if it works!
Re: Re: Re: How do you raise scores from 400s t Jason1971, After reading your threads ... You are becoming a little too paranoid for your own good. You committed yourself to an answer by stating personally you have come up with a very quick and effective way of recovering your credit history from a score in the low 400's to just over 700. LKH ... like the rest of us ... just want to hear about your great method. I don't think anyone wants to bash you ... What ever method you've come up with, is more than likely, very unique to your own personal situation. For what it's worth ... I wouldn't worry so much. If your plan worked so fast and well for you, that's great ... That's all you should really care about. Also ... You do "seem" to be dodging the point and coming across as someone who is "crying wolf" before anything has happened ... If you keep "heading down this road" ... You are going to ruin your credibility here. (Perhaps this doesn't bother you or you had planned this from the beginning?)
