I have 3 credit cards that have previous late payments and I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions for getting them removed since I have already sent goodwill letters and gotten reponses saying that they will not change or remove accurate information:

Rewards 660/Meta - 30 days - June 05 and Feb 06 - Disputed online and reported as accurate; goodwill letter sent, and they refused to change.

First Premier - 30 days - August 05 and April 06 - Disputed online and reported as accurate; goodwill letter sent, and they refused to change.

FNBM/Credit One - This is where I have many, many lates, but they are reported differently on all 3 credit reports:

Starting in August 04 and ending in July 06, here is what is reported:

TU - OK, 30, 60, 90, 120, 120, OK, OK, OK, 30, 60, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, 30, OK, OK, OK

EX - 30, UNK, OK, 30, 90, 120, 150, OK, OK, OK, 30, 60, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, 30, OK, OK, OK

EQ - UNK, 30, 60, 90, 120, 120, OK, OK, OK, 30, 60, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, 30, OK, OK, OK

The most recent 30 days is from April 06 when I was in the hospital and I called and let them know that my payment would be late, but they didn't really care since I wasn't such a great customer. Like I said, I sent goodwill letters, especially to FNBM (now Credit One Bank). Here is what they sent me on June 3:

"Thank you for your recent inquiry to Credit One Bank. It is our policy to report all payment histories to the Credit Bureaus as the payment is received and credited to the account. All Credit One Bank accounts are reported to credit agenices every thirty days. Therefore, we are unable to grant your request to remove the deliquencies that have been reported."

Any ideas what my next move is?

Was the late payment in fact received by them 30 or more days later than the due date?

Yes, they were all late. However, the lates are inconsistently reported across the 3 reports. Is there any other way to try to get them to remove?
