how to respond?

    i sent the initial validation letter to ca...response that was recieved was a stack of statements with my name and adress on them, however, i was not provided with the signed contract....so how do i respond?

    Is your signature on their anywhere? Tell them you want to see your signature on a contract.

    Dont mean a thing if it wasn't every statement on the account.

    Were there any incorrect statements?
    Were there any invalid charges on any of the statements.
    Were there any un credited payments.
