I want to sue a CA for sending me false and misleading information about the nature of your debt, or amount which included collection fees on top of my principle + interest. However, I don't know how. Someone here please show me how? I'm living in CA. By the way, I reported this to my university, but they did not do anything about it. Can I also sue my University for covering its CA? Thanks!
