The government's attorney is reading your pleading with their eyes closed. Got the government's latest answer, and half of it I would swear was written to bait me into answering inflamitorally. I never argued that their investigation was unreasonable, and I only cited 1 case... Hmmmmmmmm, if they only saw the case cited on the last page, and missed the dozens of other cites included... Oh, and my answer was the first time I invoked that it was from a CRA dispute. I guess he is too fill in the blank to see, I sent to TRANSUNION.
Oh their eyes are open. He's just a douche---. And yes, I wouldn't put it past them into pushing your buttons into saying something that might be regretted. I have the distinct pleasure of dealing with my ex's attorney, enough times to make me sick....but you know what makes it all better....winning each time I come out of the courtroom (with a smile on my face) against them....seems all the money he spent for law school and all those fancy suits don't mean a thing when the law is on your side. Don't get caught up in their nonsense. You'll come out smiling on this one, too.
