The funny part about my situation was that I was using $12000 out of the $14000 at 5.9% APR, this was lent to CreditWorks, this is what I do with all my lines. Then, I get this offer for 0% till 1/03, so I pay off the $12,000 and borrow $13,000. This happens all the time, I just got an offer for 3.9% APR from FirstBankcard, now mind you I was using about $5,500 at 8.9% APR, but they send me this offer at 3.9%, so I pay off the $5,500 and borrow $12,000 at 3.9%.
