I am back from my hiatus. Ready to tackle my remaining issues. Did some spring cleaning and guess what I found..a collection letter from Cap One dated 1995 so now I have proof that the debt is osolete...Off of Experian....I will be preparing this by the end of the week. Hope all has been going well.Even though I have what I think to be a decent TU score, would you believe Nextel wanted a $500 deposit from me. I buckled and gave it to them and figured it as a no interest savings account scheduled to be payable in 12 months. I had a sprint fone and paid to get out of the contract after they would not allow me to use the same FOP within 14 days..WTF? Well TTFN!!!
